Japanese Tea and Sweets Pairing Experience in July

This very special tea tasting session will be conducted from 3pm to 4.30pm on Saturday July 21. You will build up the knowledge about Japanese tea including the tips of brewing methods. Then you will experience the taste of high quality teas alongside exquisite sweets which have been meticulously prepared by Joan, a talented patissiere and Jin, an experienced chef at Torissong, the Modern Japanese Cuisine Restaurant (Shop 2/143 Queensberry St, Carlton, VIC3053).
