Sencha Miso Paste

Perfect for BBQ, grill and fry. Goes well with fish.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Okei-san, Japanese Tea Plus
  • 5g sencha
  • 60g red miso paste
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 50cc mirin *Mirin is a sweet sake used as seasoning.
  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Shift mixture into a pan and heat on slow flame.
  2. When it starts to bubble and becomes shiny, turn off heat.
