Perfect for BBQ, grill and fry. Goes well with fish.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 5g sencha
- 60g red miso paste
- 50g brown sugar
- 50cc mirin *Mirin is a sweet sake used as seasoning.
- Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Shift mixture into a pan and heat on slow flame.
- When it starts to bubble and becomes shiny, turn off heat.
