This Arita-yaki teapot is decorated with adorable flowers. It is easy to pour tea and can serve three cups of sencha at once. A stainless steel mesh strainer is placed inside a teapot to catch loose tea leaves.

Arita-yaki (Aritaware) is porcelain produced in the town of Arita in Saga Prefecture. In 1616 a Korean potter discovered argil in Arita and the discovery contributed to start Japanese porcelain history.
Before using this product for the first time, wash lightly using a soft sponge in lukewarm water.
Our teapots and teacups are durable; however, teapots are recommended to wash by hand.
